Contest Faq
Thank you for entering the Fall 2006 RIT Information Security Awareness Contest.
Rules
The contest will run until Tuesday, October 31, 2006 and is open to all students, faculty, and staff of the Rochester Institute of Technology, except to employees of Risk Management and Safety Services. To enter the prize drawing, contestants must pass a security awareness quiz at http://resnet.rit.edu/iso/quiz.htm. Contestants are given multiple opportunities to pass the quiz. After passing the quiz, contestants may enter a random drawing to determine prize winners. Entries limited to one per contestant. Prizes will be awarded on Fridays beginning on October 6, 2006 and ending on November 3, 2006. Prizes limited to one per contestant. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
Prizes
Prizes include (1) 2 GB Apple iPod Nano, (4) Sandisk SanDisk CruzerŽ Profile USB Flash Drive 512s, (4) Lexar 512 MB JumpDrive Secure II USB Flash Drives, (5) Norton Internet Security 2006 (Windows) security software, (5) Lavasoft Ad Aware Plus (Windows) security software. RIT reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value.

A list of winners will be posted internally on the RIT Information Security Website.
